Community Policing

We rely on locals to keep the directory clean. If you spot a closed business, a dead phone number, or an operator acting unprofessionally, please use the “Report a Business” link in the footer.

We reserve the right to instantly remove any listing or recommendation that we determine to be fake, defamatory, abusive, spam, or belonging to a non-independent franchise.

We conduct basic ABN and license checks for regulated trades at the time they are first listed. However, we do not continuously monitor the ongoing validity of these licenses, public liability insurance, or the quality of work.

We Never Sell Data: Your information will never be sold, rented, or traded to third-party marketers or data brokers.

4. Your Rights & Removal

If you are a sole trader or business owner and wish to update, correct, or completely remove your listing and personal information from our database, you have the right to do so at any time, no questions asked.
