U Matter is a local, family-run business providing disability support across Maryborough, Hervey Bay and surrounding areas.

With our own lived experience of disability and navigating the NDIS, we understand how personal choosing a support provider can be. We take care with worker matching, listen to your preferences and welcome honest feedback.

We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants with:
