Kalathea Studio is a boutique Building Design Studio in Bundaberg providing a high quality, deeply personal & attentive design service. We believe successful projects are built on informed decision-making. That’s why we place significant emphasis on helping clients fully visualise their home before construction begins. Through detailed design development, clear communication, and comprehensive 3D building modelling, every aspect of the design can be explored, refined, and resolved early in the process providing confidence and certainty throughout the journey.

Taking on a more considered thoughtful design approach, Kathryn takes the time to listen & go through her client's ideas, understanding their needs through how they live day to day & is then able to craft a design that is calm, considered & personal. Her extensive knowledge of construction processes, along with her decades of experience in both architectural & structural detailing, she is able to document all aspects of the project. Her long standing relationship with a Structural Engineer & Energy Efficiency Assessor means that all the necessary certification is taken care of & included in the comprehensive set of Building Approval Construction Documentation. She also offers Interior Packages so all aspects of the home are fully detailed & considered,
